Urban development project is proposed in San Vito, Italy, which is a town that has historical tower and an abbey. Besides these structures, there are lots of housing settlements done with illegal ways. Design proposal aims to develop through the 2 axis that are derived from historical structures. Between these axis serves as accommodation area whilst commercial units are located through them. A canal is also proposed to collect and purify the waste water. New San Vito is designed with pedestrian only concept where cars park underneath solar collectors and the energy produced is used for tram system.
